At Quality Life Services, we believe in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Beyond nursing and direct care roles, we offer a wide range of career paths in various departments. Whether you're just starting your career or seeking specialized opportunities, we have something for everyone.

Dietary Department


Do you enjoy cooking? Interacting with people? Do you have a background in the food service industry? Then we have a career for you in our Dietary Department! Each of our long-term-care locations offers our residents delicious and nutritious meals. We offer Cook positions to help plan and prepare meals and Dietary Aide positions to help with delivering meals and feeding. We also hire Dieticians to help with meal planning and to ensure we are meeting any dietary restrictions for our residents. Each of our locations has a Dietary Manager to oversee staff and our kitchen and dietary operations. 

Environmental Services


Our residents deserve a clean, welcoming space to call home. Each our locations employs staff to assist with Housekeeping duties, Laundry Aides to ensure we provide clean linens, and Maintenance Staff to help with general repairs and upkeep. These departments also offer leadership positions to oversee staff and operations. 

Activities Department


Does the idea of planning games, events, crafts, and outings sound like a fun job? Quality Life Services is dedicated to offering robust and engaging activities to our residents. We hire Activity Aides that help plan and coordinate outings, games, and regular activities for the residents. We also offer Chaplain and Beautician positions as part of our Activities Department. 

Business Office


We offer administrative positions as part of our Business Office team. If you are someone who is highly organized with experience in billing, insurance, AP/AR, or office management duties, we have positions in our Business Office for you. Some of the positions available are:


  • Business Office Manager (BOM)
  • Assistant Business Office Manager (ABOM)
  • Medicaid Liasion
  • Supply Clerk

Admissions Department


If you have a flair for sales and marketing, consider joining our Admissions team. Build relationships with healthcare organizations and oversee resident referrals in the local community.

Social Work


Quality Life Services offers positions is Social Work to help support the needs and welfare of our residents. If you have a degree in Social Work and an interest in working with the older population in your community, we can offer you a rewarding and fulfilling career.
